CONDITIONS TO THE KLAMATH BASIN. DUE TO THIS STAGNANT WEATHER PATTERN, THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEDFORD HAS ISSUED AIR STAGNATION ADVISORY UNTIL 3PM FRIDAY DECEMBER 30, 2016.
