The Air Quality Advisory from noon today Tuesday February 19, 2019 until noon tomorrow Wednesday February 20, 2019 is GREEN.

The green advisory means:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

1. All woodstoves, pellet stoves and fireplaces may be used inside and outside the air quality zone. 
2. Use only seasoned dry wood.
3. Outdoor burning is not allowed in the air quality zone.  
4. Residential outdoor burning is allowed in the communities of Chiloquin, Sprague River, Beatty, Bly and Northern Klamath County. Please check with your local Fire District prior to burning. Burning within residential areas should be avoided, if the smoke impacts neighborhoods.

The air quality advisory from noon today Monday February 18, 2019 until noon tomorrow, Tuesday February 19, 2019, is YELLOW                                                                                                                                                             

The yellow advisory means:  

1. Only certified woodstoves, pellet stoves, and fireplace inserts may be used inside the air quality zone.
2. Individuals with approved exemptions may use their wood burning heat source inside the air quality zone.
3. Use only seasoned dry wood.
4. Outdoor burning is prohibited within the air quality zone.
5. Residential outdoor burning is allowed in the communities of Chiloquin, Sprague River, Beatty, Bly and Northern Klamath County. Burning within residential areas should be avoided, if the smoke impacts neighborhoods.
